How it Works.

The InBody 570 utilises a method known as “Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA)” to measure what your body is “made of”. In simple terms, this means that a small electrical current is passed through each segment of your body, and the machine uses metrics such as the speed, distance and resistance of those currents to create a more detailed insight into your body composition.

Those frequencies will travel through muscle, fat, bone and water at different speeds and rates. From here, a report is generated that provides an accurate breakdown for each body segment - highlighting areas of body fat mass, muscle mass, water content and more.
